“Keeping People On Purpose

On Purpose training is designed to focus on specific key areas to educate people and keep them on task.

On Purpose is a professional training service of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program in Midland, Texas.

PDAP is a non profit 501(c)3 charitable organization whose vision is to create a safer, healthier world.

Our mission is to help people heal from the effects of mind changing chemicals and help our community through partnerships in prevention and education. Proceeds from this training supports our mission and helps PDAP move closer to making our vision a reality.

We are licensed and certified professionals in this specialized field of substance abuse prevention, education and recovery and desire an opportunity to share our knowledge, experience and resource with you and your staff. We provide these services above and beyond the scope of our normal duties. We are paid through local funding sources and are able to provide this valuable professional training service to you so that the proceeds from this training can go directly to assist the overall goal of PDAP’s mission and vision.

It is important to us for you to know that when you utilize On Purpose Training, you are also helping youth gain valuable leadership skills through PDAP’s Extreme Youth Leadership Program, helping families heal from the devastating effects of substance abuse through PDAP’s Loved Ones Program and helping individuals live sober lifestyles through PDAP’s Independence & Freedom Group Programs.

When you invest in On Purpose Training you make the world a better place, one person at a time.

What is your purpose?      Are you “On Purpose”?

Our hope is that you will discover your true purpose and better serve the people you come in contact with.
