Recovery for all Ages               PDAP offers counseling, recovery and prevention services to at-risk and high-risk individuals and their families to prevent substance abuse, delay its onset, and/or reduce substance abuse-related behaviors. Since 1979, PDAP has served adolescents, young adults and families in Midland County absolutely free of charge.

Prevention Services            The goal of PDAP's Prevention Service is to provide adolescents substance abuse knowledge, training, skills and provide them with a vehicle to create and implement a social change in their community through increasing protective factors and reducing risk factors.
