Mitchell Moore is an accomplished servant in prevention, education, rehabilitation, and leadership training, having earned several licenses and certifications and presented at numerous conferences and events across the state and throughout the country.

He has a passion for training and helping others develop skills that empower them to lead better and more fulfilling lives, and he brings a wide array of knowledge to the table, including counselor training, team building,  True Colors personality profiles, ROPES activities, and more.

Mitchell is the Executive Director of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program in Midland, TX, and has had tremendous success not only through his work with people, but also in raising funds through grants and other avenues, thereby expanding the programs available through PDAP Midland. His efforts have made it possible to serve even more people, and Mitchell's goal is to help people all across the state of Texas and eventually the world over.

 

 

Brent Blackburn has numerous years of experience in drug, tobacco and underage drinking prevention, having worked with communities in every corner of the nation - from small local groups to some of the most well known national non-profits.

Committed to teaching young people how to create lasting change regarding the problems they face, Brent uses his extensive background when training young people how to become advocates for change on a local, state and national level, guiding them through the process of developing practical strategies for addressing the issues that young people encounter in their communities every day.  

Brent currently serves as the director of the Midland Coalition working to create connections in the community that will reduce underage drinking, tobacco abuse and is also the Director of the Extreme Youth Leadership programs, of which all are services of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program in Midland, TX.

He also serves as a trainer for the Department of Justice, Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws initiative.
Brent is married and has one son.

 

Constance Roberts has ministered in the field of alcohol and drug abuse and prevention since 1989. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Certified  Criminal Justice Addictions Professional.

Constance presents interactive and educational lessons on the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use to students from elementary through senior high school. She has volunteered at Extreme Youth Leadership as a staffer and trainer for the past several years.

Currently, Constance is manager of Student Outreach and Recovery (SOAR), a program of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program. She graduated from Lee High School in Midland, TX, in 1980, gained an Associate's degree from Midland College in 2000, and is presently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management through the University of Phoenix.

She is the mother of three, grandmother of two, an active member of her church, and passionate about life. "Living to die on empty" is her motto. 

 

Erienne Reid has been coordinating summer youth training camps for Extreme Youth Leadership since 2005 and also volunteered with EYL two years prior.

She works with youth throughout the year to help develop them into leaders so they can create lasting change in their schools and communities, facilitating leadership trainings and giving alcohol, tobacco, and other drug presentations, as well as media influence presentations to youth in junior and senior high schools across Midland County.

She graduated from Greenwood High School in Midland, TX, in 2005 and is currently majoring in communications at the University of Texas - Permian Basin. Erienne's passion is prevention and education, but most importantly desires to see youth grow into leaders who make a difference.

 

 

Reggie Cajayon brings a diverse background to the Extreme Youth Leadership program, including fifteen years of coaching experience at the college, high school, and youth levels.

A graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Reggie has also studied educational leadership, counseling, and psychology at the graduate level, and enjoys sharing what he has learned with both youth and adults alike.

He first became involved with youth advocacy training in 2004 while volunteering with Mothers Against Drunk Driving and has been actively involved in empowering youth to take an active role in their own lives and in their communities ever since.

 

                                                                       Trey Brown has been working with youth for over 10 years. While growing up in the small town of Azle, TX, Trey was involved in several different prevention organizations, including being a founding member at the age of 11 of H.A.D. I.T. (Hornets Against Drugs In Texas).

Getting his start as a volunteer with Mothers Against Drunk Driving, he has worked as a presenter traveling all over the country, speaking to over 250,000 youth in over 40 states.

His combination of comedy and his ability to deal with the real issues at hand is the perfect approach to leading the youth of today.

Trey stays busy conducting workshops and keynote speaking. Working with DFYIT (Drug Free Youth In Texas) in Midland, coordinating EYL Action Trainings and state-wide EYL Training Camps keeps his topics current and always on point.

 

Travis Reed brings a wealth of experience - including nine years as a firefighter and six years as a medic - as he travels the country helping both youth and adults fulfill their dreams and reach their full potential.

Having addressed more than 1 million students across 31 states in the US, Travis has been involved with leadership and prevention education for the past 11 years.

He is motivated by the opportunity to affect people's lives in a positive way and change their world, even addressing over 300 highway patrolmen in South Carolina as a special guest of the Governor's Office and also touring with the Miami Dade Police Department's Alcohol Education Program for four years.
