Q: How do I register for a MIP, Tobacco
or Drug Offender Class ?
A: Come to 1208 West Wall Street in person to fill out all required
forms between 9 - 5.
It will take between 15- 30 minutes depending on the class you are registering for.
If you are under 18 years old a parent signature is required.
You must know the name of the judge to complete the forms
- Registration is not complete until you have:
- Completed all forms (including)
- Judges Name
- Parent signature
- DL #, SSN, DOB
- Paid for the course
- Completed all forms (including)
